Memorial Day is a day we should not forget. So many men and women have given their lives for the freedom of our country, we need to stop if not for a moment and remember. Remember the sacrifices they made and the lives that were cut way to short. Remember the family and friends whose lives were forever changed by the loss of their loved ones. We take a lot for granted living in the United States, and shouldn’t we? We live in a democracy that allows us these freedoms but it doesn’t mean we should ever forget.
