turning back

Did you remember? Did you wake up and turn on your favorite radio or television program and find out that it’s not for another hour? Did you show up for church only to find out that instead of being a few minutes late you were really early?

Well if you haven’t figured out yet you were supposed to ‘turn back’ your clocks one hour at midnight last night.

There’s one advantage in living in Arizona and that is we don’t set our clocks forward or back twice a year. We stay put and let everyone move around us. I actually don’t mind not changing, especially if you work with companies that reside on the East Coast. That means there’s only 2 hours difference and that you have until 3pm to reach them.

The other state that doesn’t change times is Hawaii and the territories that don’t are: Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.
